  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 1 c. sugar (caster)
  • 1 c. flour, plain
  • 3/4 c. coconut
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 125 gm butter
  • 2 Tbsp. boiling water
  • 1 tsp bicarb of soda

Directions

    Mix oats, sugar, flour and coconut together.

    Heat honey and butter and add in boiling water and soda.

    Add in to dry ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Spoon tsp.

    onto greased baking tray and cook at 180C/350F for 12-15 min.

    Serve with afternoon tea.
