  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Halve squash; remove seed.

    Peel and cut into chunks.

    Cook in salted boiling water until tender (20 minutes).

    Drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
