  • 2 c. peeled, cooked and drained squash
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Add margarine to mashed squash.

    Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 2-quart dish.
