- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. half and half
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- pecan halves
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except pecans; mix well.

2Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

3Pour 1/2-inch water in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and place casserole in pan.

4Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
