  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • crushed Ritz crackers

Directions

    Combine spices and sugar.

    Add to squash.

    Beat eggs and add to squash.

    Add milk and margarine.

    Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
