- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- crushed Ritz crackers
Directions

1Combine spices and sugar.

6Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
