- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cut up
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Combine all ingredients (except milk) and bring to a good boil.

2Lower to medium heat.

3When squash is tender, put any remaining chunks through blender.

4Stir in milk.
