- 2 cups leeks, sliced
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 2 14 oz cans Chicken broth
- 1 c water
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions

1Add all ingredients to slow cooker

2Cover and cook 6 hours (low) or 3.5 hours (high).

3Puree soup in food processor

4Return to crockpot
-
5Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes till hot
