  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten well
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Cream the oleo and 1 cup brown sugar. Add 1 beaten egg and mix well. Add the flour.

    Spread on jelly roll pan like pie crust. Beat 2 eggs and pour or brush evenly over crust.

    Sprinkle 1 cup brown sugar over entire crust. Sprinkle the pecans on top. Bake at 350° until set and brown.
