  • 2 12 cups flour
  • 1 14 teaspoons salt
  • 12 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 14 cups butterscotch chips
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 14 teaspoon allspice
  • 18 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 12 cup stick butter, softened
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 12 ounces vanilla frosting

    let ice cream melt at room temperature.

    heat oven to 350* -- coat a jelly roll pan with spray.

    line with foil -- extending over the edges and sides --
