- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. butter
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
- 2 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
- 1 c. butterscotch bits
- 3 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine eggs, sugar, salt and butter in saucepan.

2Heat to boiling point.

3Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

4Cool. Stir in marshmallows and cracker crumbs.

5Spread into foil lined 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

6Chill.

7Heat butterscotch bits and peanut butter on low heat.

8Add vanilla; spread over crumb mixture. Refrigerate.

9Cut into bars.
