- 1 pkg. SuperMoist white cake mix
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. butterscotch instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 egg whites
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt cake pan. Beat cake mix (dry), pudding and pie filling (dry), milk, oil and egg whites in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds.

3Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

4Pour into pan and spread evenly.

5Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan; turn upside down onto heatproof serving plate.

6Remove pan; cool cake completely.

7Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

8Yields 12 servings.
