- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 box butterscotch instant pudding
- 1 cup soy milk (or any milk you prefer)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 egg whites
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Grease bundt cake pan.

3Beat all ingredients in large bowl on low for 30 seconds.

4Beat on medium for 2 minutes.

5Pour evenly into pan.

6Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

7Cool 10 minutes in pan.

8Turn upside down onto heatproof serving plate.

9Remove pan; cool completely.

10Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
