  • 1 box butterscotch instant pudding
  • 1 cup soy milk (or any milk you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 egg whites

    Beat all ingredients in large bowl on low for 30 seconds.

    Beat on medium for 2 minutes.

    Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    Cool 10 minutes in pan.

    Turn upside down onto heatproof serving plate.
