- 1 34 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup shortening
- 1 12 cups brown sugar
- 14 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 14 cup milk
- 12 marshmallows
Directions

1Sift the flour.

2Measure and sift again with the baking powder and salt.

3Mix the shortening, sugar, and water and cook over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.

4Cool and add vanilla.

5Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

6Alternately add dry ingredients with the milk.

7Beat until smooth, being careful not to overheat.

8Pour into 9 inch cake pan lined with paper.
