- 1 packages butterscotch chips
- 1 packages semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cup icing sugar
- 4 tbsp vegetable shortening (divided)
- 1 1/2 cup plain brick style creme cheese
Directions

1melt 1 1/2 cups of butterscotch chips with butter.

2in heat proof bowl set of pot of simmering water.

3remove from heat.

4cool slightly.

5beat in cream cheeseuntil combined.

6chill 15 min

7for into balls(1tbsb in size) and arrange on parchment paper lined baking sheet.

8freeze for 20 minutes.

9well freezing your balls.

10melt chocolate chips with 3tbsp shortening same as you did for butterscotch chips

11melt butterscotch chips in seperate bowl and melt with remaining shortening

12use 2 forks to dip balls into melted choc chips to coat.

13gently tap excess choc on side of bowl.

14return to parchment paper.

15drizzle with butterscotch chips.

16chill 15 and enjoy
