Butterscotch Coconut Pie

- 2 pie crusts
- 1 c. butterscotch chips
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. white syrup
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Put chips and coconut in bottom of the two crusts.

2Mix the remaining ingredients together by hand.

3Pour half of the mixture over the chips and coconut in each crust.

4Cook at 350° for about 35 minutes.

5Serve warm or cold.
