- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1 package mini coloured mashmallows
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, melt together the butter and peanut butter over low heat and stir until smooth.

2Once mixture is smooth, remove from heat and add butterscotch chips.

3Stir until chips are melted.

4Place marshmallows into large bowl.

5Pour mixture over marshmallows and stir until they are completely covered.

6You will want to make sure that your peanut butter mix isn't too hot or it will melt your marshamllows.

7It will still taste good, but it won't look as pretty!

8Grease an 8 x 8 pan and pour bowl contents into the pan.

9Press down lightly on the mix into the pan.

10Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours or over night, then cut into squares.
