  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pieces
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. quick cooking oatmeal (uncooked)
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • pecan halves

Directions

    Melt together margarine, marshmallows and butterscotch pieces in top of double boiler over boiling water.

    Remove from heat and stir in uncooked oatmeal and coconut.

    Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
  4. 4
    Press pecan half on top of each cookie.

    Refrigerate. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.

    No need to bake.
