  • 1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 c. Crisco oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 2/3 c. miniature marshmallows

    Beat first 5 ingredients together for 4 minutes.

    Stir in marshmallows and bake in Bundt pan 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.

    Cool cake 15 minutes on cake rack and remove from pan.
