- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1/3 stick margarine
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 4 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
Directions

1Melt margarine in pan and add sugar.

2Combine milk, egg yolks, flour and vanilla; add to first mixture.

3Stir until thick and boil 3 minutes.

4Pour in prepared pie shell.

5To make meringue, beat egg whites until stiff.

6Add 1/4 cup sugar and beat until it forms peaks.

7Put on pie and brown in oven.
