  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. cream
  • 1 c. milk
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Cook until mixture is thick and brown the brown sugar, butter and cream.

    Then add milk, flour and egg yolk; mix again. Stir constantly until thick. Cool. Add to baked pastry shell-meringue as usual.
