  • 8 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add yolks of eggs to paste.

    Add butter and vanilla. Fill baked pie shell. Top with meringue and brown in a 325° oven for 20 minutes.
