  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine all of the above ingredients. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Pour into baked 8-inch pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff and spoon onto top of pie. Return to oven and brown at 350°.
