  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Boil sugar, 1 cup water and oleo for 5 minutes.

    Make a batter of flour, yolks and milk.

    Add to sugar syrup.

    Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla.

    Pour into ready baked pie shell.
