  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 (3.4 oz.) boxes butterscotch instant pudding
  • 1 c. xxxx sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. Cool Whip

    Melt margarine.

    Press into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Cool completely.
