- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 3 c. milk
- 2 (3.4 oz.) boxes butterscotch instant pudding
- 1 c. xxxx sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. Cool Whip
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Add flour and pecans.

3Press into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

5Cool completely.

6Mix xxxx sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip; spread on crust.

7Beat pudding and milk until thick.

8Spread on cream cheese mixture.

9Top with Cool Whip and nuts.
