- 1 pkg. Snackin' cake mix
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. water, hot
- 1/3 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Blend cake mix, egg and 1/3 cup water in square pan, 8 x 8-inch.

2Sprinkle with brown sugar.

3Mix remaining ingredients and gradually pour over brown sugar.

4Bake until cake springs back, 35 to 40 minutes.

5Cool 10 minutes.

6Spoon into dessert dishes.
