- 12 cup raisins (optional)
- 14 cup margarine
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup simple syrup
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450F Place raisins in small dish, cover with boiling water.

2Allow to soak until edges start to become white.

4Cream margarine and sugar.

5Add vanilla, syrup, salt, and lemon juice.

6Add eggs.

7Mix thoroughly.

8Place tart shells on baking sheet.

9Distribute raisins evenly amongst tart shells.

10Pour prepared mixture into shells, filling 2/3.

11Bake at 425F for 5 minutes.

12Reduce heat to 325F and bake for an additional 12-18 minutes.

13Cool on wire rack.
