- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2/3 c. crushed crackers
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 lb. any white fish
Directions

1Place butter and onion in 9 x 13-inch baking dish in 350° oven until butter is melted.

2Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, salt, oregano and garlic.

3Dip fish fillets in the butter then in crumb mixture.

4Arrange fillets in baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until fish is tender.

6In summer, wrap individually in foil and cook on grill until fish flakes.
