- 7 Button mushrooms
- 1 slice Cured ham
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 Olive oil
Directions

1Mince the cured ham, garlic, and parsley.

2Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Remove the stems from the mushrooms.

4Stuff the ingredients from Step 1 into the mushrooms.

5Heat a large amount of olive oil in a frying pan.

6Place the mushrooms from Step 2 into the frying pan with the filling side up.

7Continuously scoop the oil and pour it over the mushrooms as they fry.

8(Don't flip them over.)

9You can also fry the stems at the same time, so they're not wasted.
