- 1 head cabbage
- 1/4 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 2 Tbsp. picante sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 c. water
- salt and pepper as desired
- cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions

1Chop pepper, onion and garlic; saute in oil and butter for a few minutes.

2Add rest of ingredients; stir.

3Cut cabbage into fourths; cut core out.

4Cover skillet and cook on low, stirring often, for about 30 to 45 minutes.

5May have to add a little more water.
