  • 1 small head cabbage, cut in chunks
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 lb. ground beef (chuck)
  • 1/2 c. raw rice (not instant)
  • 1 can tomato soup, diluted with 1 can water

Directions

    Pour boiling water over cabbage and drain. Brown ground chuck with onion, salt and pepper (if desired).

    Mix together all ingredients.

    Bake, covered, at 350° for about 1 1/2 hours.
