- 1 small head cabbage, cut in chunks
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 lb. ground beef (chuck)
- 1/2 c. raw rice (not instant)
- 1 can tomato soup, diluted with 1 can water
Directions

1Pour boiling water over cabbage and drain. Brown ground chuck with onion, salt and pepper (if desired).

2Mix together all ingredients.

3Bake, covered, at 350° for about 1 1/2 hours.
