  • 1 to 2 lb. can sauerkraut
  • 2 lb. head cabbage
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • warm water
  • 1 (1 lb.) can lima beans (undrained)
  • salt and pepper

    Rinse sauerkraut thoroughly; drain in colander.

    Shred cabbage; combine with sauerkraut.

    Cover with cold water; cook 1 hour.

    In a frypan, lightly brown flour; add enough warm water to make a thin sauce.

    Add to cabbage mixture.

    Add lima beans.
