- 1 to 2 lb. can sauerkraut
- 2 lb. head cabbage
- 1/2 c. flour
- warm water
- 1 (1 lb.) can lima beans (undrained)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Rinse sauerkraut thoroughly; drain in colander.

2Shred cabbage; combine with sauerkraut.

3Cover with cold water; cook 1 hour.

4In a frypan, lightly brown flour; add enough warm water to make a thin sauce.

5Add to cabbage mixture.

6Add lima beans.

7Salt and pepper to taste.

8Cook 5 minutes longer.
