- 1 medium head cabbage (about 2 lb.)
- 5 oz. spinach (1/2 bag)
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1With a sharp knife, core and coarsely shred cabbage.

2In Dutch oven over high heat, heat 2 tablespoons of salad oil.

3Add cabbage, salt and sugar and cook, stirring frequently, until cabbage is tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.

4Add spinach; cook 1 minute longer, stirring constantly.
