- 4 c. cabbage, shredded
- 1 c. carrots, grated
- 1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
- 2 small apples, cored and diced
- 1 Tbsp. onion, minced (or scallions)
- 1/2 c. plain, low-fat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Combine cabbage, carrots, green pepper, apples and onion. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

2Pour yogurt mix over vegetables.

3Toss until well coated.

4Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
