- 1 medium cabbage, chopped and cooked
- Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. medium white sauce
- 4 Tbsp. oleo
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Melt oleo in saucepan.

2Add flour and stir until smooth. Gradually pour in milk.

3Cook and stir until mixture thickens.

4In casserole dish, put 1/2 the cooked cabbage.

5Cover with sliced cheese.

6Add one half the white sauce.
-
7Add another layer of cabbage, cheese and remainder of white sauce.

8Top with buttered bread crumbs.
