- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
Directions

1Cut cabbage head in half and separate leaves.

2Cook the cabbage leaves and sliced onion in a small amount of boiling salted water for 10 minutes or until wilted and tender.

3Drain well.

4Layer cabbage and onion mixture, cheese and soup 1/2 at a time in casserole dish.

5Top with soft bread crumbs.

6Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
