- 4 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 4 tsp. margarine
Directions

1Boil cabbage 5 minutes and drain.

2Melt 2 teaspoons margarine and add flour.

3Mix until smooth and add milk.

4Cook until smooth. Alternate 1 layer of cabbage, cheese and white sauce in greased casserole dish until all used.

5Melt 4 teaspoons margarine; add to bread crumbs and top.

6Cook at 350° for 25 minutes.
