  • 1 bunch green onions; sliced
  • 1 yellow or red onion; small dice
  • 1 clove garlic; minced
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Olive or veggie oil
  • 1 salt and pepper

    Drain and rinse beans.

    Sweat onion in saute pan.

    Add garlic.

    Season and toss.
