Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 chopped celery stalks
  • 1 lg. can kidney beans, undrained
  • 1/2 med. cabbage head, chopped
  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes chopped, undrained
  • 1 can water
  • 4 tsp. beef boullion cubes

Directions

    In dutch oven brown beef.

    Add rest of ingredients.

    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
