Cabbage Bundles

Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage
- 1/2 lb. ground chicken
- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream (optional)
Directions

1Remove outer leaves from cabbage head and steam in salted water for about 5 minutes or until leaves are flexible.

2(Save inner head of cabbage for other uses.)

3Drain and cool leaves. Saute onion and ground chicken until slightly browned.

4Add cooked rice and seasonings.

5Drop a tablespoon of mixture on the stem end of a cabbage leaf.

6Roll into bundles and fasten with a toothpick. Place bundles in baking pan or casserole dish and pour undiluted soup over them.

7Bake in a 350° oven, about 45 minutes.

8If desired, sour cream can be added just before serving.

9Serves 6.
