  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 teaspoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 box phyllo dough 1 lb.

Directions

    Cook ground beef in large skillet until done.

    Add onion and cabbage, cook until tender.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Preheat oven to 300.

    Grease baking sheet.

    Cut phyllo dough in half.

    place 3 sheets on baking pan.

    Place 3 t of meat mixture in center of dough, fold up and over to form bun.

    Repeat with remaining mixture and dough.

    bake 30 mins or until golden brown.

    Brush buns with melted butter and garlic salt.
