- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups cabbage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 6 teaspoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 box phyllo dough 1 lb.
Directions

1Cook ground beef in large skillet until done.

2Add onion and cabbage, cook until tender.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Preheat oven to 300.

5Grease baking sheet.

6Cut phyllo dough in half.

7place 3 sheets on baking pan.

8Place 3 t of meat mixture in center of dough, fold up and over to form bun.

9Repeat with remaining mixture and dough.

10bake 30 mins or until golden brown.

11Brush buns with melted butter and garlic salt.
