  • 1/2 head green cabbage
  • 1/4 head red cabbage
  • 4 to 8 carrots (as desired)
  • 1/2 c. apple juice or orange juice or combination of both
  • 1/4 to 3/4 c. low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
