- 1/2 c. apple juice or orange juice or combination of both
- 1/4 to 3/4 c. low-fat yogurt
- 1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
Directions

1Shred cabbage and carrots into large bowl.
