Cabbage Casserole

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 6 c. chopped cabbage
  • 1 can tomato soup

Directions

    Cook meat and onion. Drain. Place 3 cups cabbage in a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover with meat mixture.

    Add remaining cabbage. Pour soup over top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Makes 4 servings. May add 1 cup rice.
