- 1 head cabbage
- 1 lb. ground beef or boiled chicken
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can black olives, drained
- 1 bag shredded cheese
- 2 cans whole tomatoes
Directions

1Cook cabbage; drain.

2Cook meat, then add onion, olives, tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste and simmer.

3Place cabbage leaves in baking dish and pour on meat mixture, just enough to cover cabbage.

4Put layer of cheese on top, then another layer of cabbage, then another layer of meat mixture and then another layer of cheese.

5Bake at 350° until cheese is melted and hot.
