- 1/2 head cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
Directions

1Cut cabbage in wedges or shred and cook in boiling water until tender.

2Drain and place in casserole dish.

3For sauce, melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour, salt and pepper.

4Cook over low heat; stir until smooth.

5Stir in milk; boil for 1 minute until thick.

6Spread sauce over cabbage.

7Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
