- 6 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 large onion
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Brown onion and ground beef.

2Drain.

3Put half cabbage in 2-quart casserole, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Layer half meat mixture, remaining cabbage and then remaining meat.

5Mix water and soup and pour over top.

6Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

7Cover the last 30 minutes to steam cabbage.
