- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 1 onion
- 4 small cans V-8 juice (6 oz. each)
- 1 c. raw rice (long grain)
- 1 small cabbage
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Brown meat and saute onion in pot.

2Remove excess fat and season to taste.

3Add 2 cans V-8 juice and saute a few minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups water.

4Add raw rice and stir in well.

5Start putting in shredded cabbage, a little at a time, until all is wilted.
