  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 stalk celery
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water

Directions

    Saute butter, onion, bell pepper, garlic, celery and ground meat.

    Take off fire.

    Season and add tomato sauce, Ro-Tel and cream of mushroom soup.

    Add rice, chopped cabbage and water. Bake, covered, at 375° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Stir often.
