- 4 - 5 c. chopped cabbage
- 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- salt to taste
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup (or grated cheese)
Directions

1Soak cabbage in cold water for 30 minutes.

2Drain.

3Mix corn flakes with margarine for crust.

4Add cabbage and salt to taste. Heat mayonnaise, milk and celery soup together.

5Pour over cabbage.

6Top with cheese.

7Bake at 325° for 40 minutes (uncovered).

8If you like less crispy, cover and cook 20 minutes more.
