  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 c. crushed cornflakes or herb dressing mix
  • 5 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Spread half of the cornflakes mixed with margarine in bottom of greased casserole.

    Spread cabbage and onions over crumbs.
  3. 3
    Mix milk, soup, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and pour over cabbage. Spread cheese over soup mixture.

    Spread with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
