Cabbage Casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 medium head cabbage

Directions

    Chop cabbage and place in large baking dish.

    Saute onion, bell pepper and ground chuck.
  3. 3
    Drain off fat and place on top of cabbage.

    Pour can of tomato soup on top.
  5. 5
    Rinse can with small amount of water; pour on top.

    Cover with foil and bake at 350° until cabbage is tender, but not mushy (approximately 30 minutes).
